U.S. stock-index futures pointed to a higher open on Wall Street on Wednesday, ahead of the release of second-quarter gross domestic product (GDP) figures and the Federal Reserve's latest monetary policy decision. Analysts expect the U.S. economy to have grown by an annualized 3 percent between April and June, following the 2.9 percent decline in the first three months of the year.
